Job summary

You'll lead coaching, onboarding, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts, collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other teams to resolve issues and drive efficiency.

This onsite role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership through coaching and training of team members.
• Onboard and train new employees on equipment, safety, and quality expectations.
• Execute production schedules and monitor hourly performance to meet delivery and productivity goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying VA/NVA activities and implementing changes.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies through coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other teams to improve processes.
• Maintain open communication and escalate safety, quality, or delivery concerns.
• Support cross-training and workforce flexibility to meet demand.
