Qualifications

• Must follow verbal and written multi-step directions for semi-complex tasks.
• Ability to read and follow job instructions and complete forms.
• Ability to lead a diverse floor team and train others.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
• Must maintain safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead a functional operations group and train team members.
• Provide direction and delegate tasks to the team.
• Communicate production metrics and improvement efforts.
• Monitor daily department production and ensure training adequacy.
• Perform semi-complex production tasks including setups and maintenance.
• Support supervisor in attendance and scheduling duties.
