Job summary

IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is seeking reliable team players for a second-shift production role in Sycamore, Illinois. Work hours are 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 6.5% differential on the base rate.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, performing routine production tasks (forming, assembling, packaging), effective use of tools, and maintaining quality and housekeeping. A high school diploma or GED is required, and lifting up to 40 lbs is sometimes necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written assembly instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform manual tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures.
• Perform routine production tasks under supervision (forming, assembling, packaging).
• Operate various hand tools and equipment as directed.
• Monitor quality and maintain housekeeping in the work area.
• Maintain accurate attendance and productivity records as required.
