Responsibilities

• Operate stamping presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain 5-S at the station to keep it clean and orderly.
• Initiate press start-up and adjust after setup.
• Changeover and setup of stamping dies and presses.
• Adjust process parameters per Die Set-up sheet.
• Set-up and adjust auxiliary equipment as needed.
• Part inspection per inspection instructions (visual checks).
• Report updated information to Leaders as required.
• Verify production schedule using Shop Edge system.
• Report quality, production or safety issues to Team Leader.
• Maintain 5-S standards in area of responsibility.
• Suggest continuous improvement ideas and participate in related programs.
• Overtime available as required.
