Qualifications

• Experience operating stamping presses in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of metalworking processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T and tolerances.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and using lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor stamping presses to produce metal parts per specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tooling instructions for accurate part production.
• Perform routine maintenance on stamping presses and related equipment.
• Coordinate tooling changes and machine calibrations with the fabrication team.
• Follow safety procedures including crane and forklift operation when handling materials.
