Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent ability.
• 5 years of related quality experience in machining.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor support across multiple machining cells.
• Perform first-piece inspections and verify operator measurements.
• Conduct hands-on measurement using precision tools.
• Ensure CMM machines are clean and calibrated.
• Assist operators with measurement techniques.
• Perform final inspections and documentation.
• Issue non-conformances using quality software.
• Support receiving inspection activities.
• Assist with calibration and maintenance.
• Participate in problem-solving.
