Qualifications

• One year of consistent production experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
• Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
• Willing to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, forklifts, or other specialized equipment safely and efficiently while following established work instructions and SOPs
• Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and product quality to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards
• Perform quality inspections, verify product specifications, complete required documentation, and report quality concerns or issues to supervision
• Safely move, stage, and transport materials, ingredients, finished products, and packaging throughout the facility
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, product changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to support production operations
• Maintain compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and company policies
• Follow safety procedures, including PPE use and safe work practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area; support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Food Safety & Quality teams to meet production goals
