Job summary

Hana Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in Solon, Ohio. You will supervise 20–30 technicians and operators, schedule daily/weekly work, and manage overtime planning to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, quality, and housekeeping standards, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervision experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing process, rework department and final packaging operations.
• Supervise 20–30 employees.
• Schedule daily and weekly production assignments.
• Develop and communicate weekend overtime schedules.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping for hourly operators.
• Identify training needs for operators and technicians.
• Ensure completion of documentation and training signoffs (PMS, TCN, WIs, Alerts, checks).
• Provide feedback on safety, quality, productivity, scrap and housekeeping.
• Maintain integrity of material transactions and support other departments as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Daily KPI reporting.
• Participate in shift changeover meetings and interview processes.
