Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares annual production budget, oversees progress, and manages cost within budget and resources.
• Develops and mentors teams, goals, and metrics for high operational performance.
• Drives cost reduction, on-time delivery, and high yields while reducing field failures.
• Collaborates with Operational Excellence to apply lean manufacturing principles.
• Ensures capacity efficiency and recovery planning to meet production targets.
• Exemplifies lean leadership and accountability across the workforce.
