Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish.

• Able to handle changing situations under stress.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and manage production teams; coordinate workflow with quality, maintenance and planning.
• Ensure compliance with policies and continuously improve processes and cost targets.
• Train and develop line leads; manage payroll data and production reports.
