Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group, headquartered near Nashville, TN, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, drive safety and quality, and lead production teams. You will coordinate with quality, maintenance and planning to optimize workflow and resolve issues.

Qualified candidates bring at least 3 years of leadership in an industrial setting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel. Spanish or English language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to speak & write English and/or Spanish proficiently.
• Excel/ERP/Hand Scanner
• Computer skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel) GP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead and develop production teams; coordinate workflow with quality, maintenance and planning.
• Ensure production data is reported timely to staff and track relevant metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Assist with payroll data entry and review production reports.
