Job summary

IFS Industries is seeking a Production Operator to safely run manufacturing equipment, monitor quality, and support efficient production. You will follow SOPs, document weights, logs, and batch numbers, and assist with changeovers and setup.

The role requires physical stamina for 8-hour shifts, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to safety and lean practices. Prior manufacturing experience and English literacy are preferred; multiple shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery per SOPs.
• Monitor lines for quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine equipment checks.
• Record weights, batch numbers, and logs.
• Assist with changeovers and setup.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping.
