This role requires performing routine checks, recording batch details, and working with maintenance, quality, and production teams to meet safety and quality standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates should be able to lift 55 lbs and operate forklifts safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Possess minimum math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Able to lift 55 lbs. bags and operate forklift safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor production lines for efficient workflow and product quality.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Record weight, batch numbers and materials used during production.
• Package finished products and maintain clean, organized work area.
