Job summary

Merchology is a leading eCommerce retailer of co-branded merchandise, with a Plymouth, MN facility and a three-time Star Tribune Top Workplaces award. We seek a Light Industrial Associate to support picking, packing, receiving, inventory, and quality control in a hands-on operations role.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand 7–9 hours per day.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds.
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders.
• Knowledge of English for safety and training requirements.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow kitting instructions accurately.
• Unpack and prep product for decoration.
• Review product and work for quality issues.
• Move orders to next station in a timely manner.
• Support at assigned work stations efficiently.
• Receive inventory using Merchology processes and ERP systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with all other tasks as needed.
