Endries International, Inc. in Brillion, WI is looking for a Packaging Associate to efficiently assemble products and support various warehouse functions. This role offers opportunities to grow and develop skills within a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities include packaging products according to customer specifications and meeting key metrics related to safety and quality. Candidates should possess effective communication skills and be able to lift 20–30 lbs regularly.

This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role may routinely use equipment such as scanners, forklifts, utility knives, ladders, machinery, and tape guns. Employees may be exposed to bright lighting, blue light (i.e., computer screens), repetitive low to mid volume sounds (i.e., forklift traffic, packaging machines, etc.), warm and cool temperatures, and various metals and plastics.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly standing. The employee will need to have the ability to move and lift up to 50 lb occasionally and 10–20 lb regularly. This job will require the ability to push, pull, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach when necessary.
