Job summary

Merchology in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Light Industrial Associate to join our Operations team on a temporary basis. You will assist with picking, shipping & receiving, inventory management, packaging and preparing product for shipment, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. First Shift 6:30 am - 3 pm.

Onsite facility in Plymouth. We offer generous PTO, company holidays, a hybrid schedule for select departments, volunteer time, 401(k) with match, medical/dental

Qualifications

• Able to stand 7-9 hours per day.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds safely.
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders.
• Ability to differentiate between colors for proper packing materials.
• Willingness to move to other areas to support operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow kitting instructions accurately.
• Unpack and prep product for decoration.
• Review product for quality issues.
• Move orders to next station promptly.
• Support at assigned work stations.
• Sort product and packages.
• Accurately pick customer orders and record usage.
• Receive inventory using Merchology processes and ERP systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
