Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently, while maintaining documentation and communicating issues to supervisors and peers. The role includes performing preventative maintenance, cleaning, and participating in continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring OEE, data collection of quality measurements, and troubleshooting equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED and be able to complete entrance examinations and interviews.
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently and communicate issues to staff.
• Maintain documentation and participate in plant improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain OEE and quality measurements; troubleshoot and address machine issues.
• Perform scheduled PM tasks and changeovers with minimal impact to production.
• Complete daily, weekly and periodic cleaning per the Master Cleaning Schedule and ensure accurate reporting.
