Job summary

Link Snacks is hiring a General Labor Production Worker for first shift in our Packaging team. You will support the Operations department with hands-on manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires wearing PPE, punctuality, safety compliance with GMP/HACCP/OSHA, and the ability to work Saturdays when needed. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with benefits as part of the Link Snacks Total Rewards package. Experience in a production facility is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months experience in a production facility preferred.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Wears PPE per GMP guidelines.
• Reports to the assigned line at the start of the shift.
• Removes products from cooler or warehouse.
• Cuts product with cheese slicing machine, de-linker, stick cutter, or scissors.
• Places product into unit packaging.
• May apply stickers by hand to packages.
• Places product in a bag, caddy, or case and puts on a pallet.
• Moves finished pallet with pallet jack into the warehouse.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
