Job summary

Jack Link’s is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator in Wisconsin to run packaging lines and support production goals. You will start up equipment, set up, operate and change over machines, and help minimize downtime while maintaining product quality.

The role requires adherence to GMPs, HACCP, and safety standards, with a starting pay of $17.00–$23.32 per hour. Benefits include health coverage and a plant environment with physical demands typical of manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage start-up to ensure equipment is in proper operating condition.
• Set-up, operate, and perform change-over procedures per protocols.
• Change rolls and materials to minimize downtime and waste.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to minimize downtime and address malfunctions.
• Maximize productivity and efficiency while reducing waste.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, SOPs and SSOPs to ensure quality.
