Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making with focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with effective communication.
• Capacity to engage with customers professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• General knowledge of OSHA Standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control, or packaging.
• Schedules and assigns tasks, troubleshoots issues, and implements efficiency improvements.
• Meets or exceeds daily KPIs and reports performance metrics to customers.
• Plans workforce and forecasts staffing levels to align with goals.
• Communicates during shift transitions and prepares the next shift for success.
• Provides escalation support during shifts and maintains production quality.
• Ensures adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• All other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
