Job summary

Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions in Danbury, CT is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise production staff, coordinate workflows, maintain quality standards, and drive safety and efficiency to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, knowledge of Lean principles, and proficiency with ERP systems and production reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading production teams.
• Lean manufacturing/process improvement experience.
• Familiarity with ERP and production reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and support operations.
• Lead, train, and develop production employees.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, scheduling, and priorities.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste.
• Track production metrics and analyze performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and company policies.
• Coach employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain organized work areas and inventory controls.
