Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate all work activities across multiple work centers.
• Review production schedules to manage capacity, staffing and duties.
• Develop cooperative relationships with team members and leaders.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Identify training opportunities and mentor colleagues.
• Support development and implementation of production tracking and quality systems.
• Participate in onsite customer audits as needed.
