• 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Must understand and execute instructions.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of the walk-in production process.
• Flexible schedule and ability to attend meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the work of employees and handle administrative functions.
• Lead/manage manufacturing employees per management directives.
• Hire and train employees.
• Review production orders/schedules to plan operations and verify product specs.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements.
• Assist manufacturing engineer to develop/recommend plant capital for safety, production and efficiency.
• Provide leadership for the entire team and act as back-up for the production manager.
• Allocate people/resources to match production needs.
