Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school or 6+ months related experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production reporting systems (ERP/ADP or similar).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to production employees.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet production targets.
• Oversee daily production schedules to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Direct oversight of operators on a line or shift.
• Provide hands-on support, coaching, and training for new or less experienced employees.
