Job summary

Bachoco Group is seeking a Production Worker for first shift at Heavener. This unskilled role supports various foods production lines with supervision, performing duties to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities include working at the assigned workstation, filling in for others as needed, and strictly following safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced environment from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to count.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• The physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving parts, fumes or loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Performs unskilled production labor at assigned locations as directed by Supervisor.
• Works at assigned workstation or other stations as production needs require and as assigned by supervisor.
• Fills in for other production employees due to absences or vacations.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Adheres to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
