Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Production Worker for the 2nd shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) at our Heavener location. This unskilled role performs a variety of production duties under supervision and supports operations across stations as needed.

We emphasize safety, reliability, and teamwork while offering opportunities to grow within a large, diverse food production company. This position is safety sensitive and full-time with potential background screening as per policy.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs various, unskilled production labor duties at any/all Foods locations as assigned by Supervisor by performing the following duties.
• Works at assigned work station or other work stations with equivalent job requirements as production needs require and as assigned by supervisor.
• Fills in for other production employees with lesser or equivalent job requirements due to absences, vacations, production needs, etc.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Background screenings may be conducted as required by Bachoco USA policies.
