Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Production Worker for the Heavener facility to perform unskilled labor across assigned production stations. This role requires compliance with safety rules and quality standards while supporting team operations during the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift.

No prior experience or formal training is required; basic reading and counting skills are sufficient to begin training and contribute to daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled production labor at assigned stations as directed.
• Fill in for other workers as needed to support production.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times.
• Work within the shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM.
