Job summary

The role includes equipment operation and daily quality audits, plus leadership and administrative duties.

Shift: 1st, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm. The Process Lead will coordinate with Schedulers, Supervisors and Team Leaders, ensure accurate work orders, and uphold HACCP, GMP, and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Food manufacturing or converting facility experience desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct a process group to convert raw materials into finished products.
• Ensure safety, quality and production standards compliance.
• Operate equipment and perform daily quality audits.
• Maintain documentation and Work Orders.
• Support HACCP, Food Defense and GMP policies.
• Assist in 5S and housekeeping in assigned areas.
