Eaton Group's ES GEIS BLD division seeks a Team Lead - Presses (1st shift) in Reno, NV. You will supervise production operators, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate staffing to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of lead production experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• No relocation benefit; reside within 50 miles of Reno, NV.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production operators.
• Drive SQDCI-focused continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, and workflow to meet goals.
• Train team on SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections and partner on corrective actions.
• Utilize SAP and production systems to support inventory and performance.
• Lead shift communications and ensure smooth transitions.
• Support 5S and maintain an organized, safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot challenges and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
