• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to understand equipment specifications and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee robotic press systems in the forging process.
• Handle materials and ensure traceability by tagging and sorting by lot numbers.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections for hot and cold press operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and quality issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain die cassettes and perform assembly/disassembly as needed.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for setup and troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitor shot blast machines and maintain lubrication tanks; ensure safe operation.
