• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics to understand equipment specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic press systems during forging processes.
• Tag materials and separate by lot numbers for traceability.
• Perform regular visual and dimensional quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and quality issues to minimize downtime.
• Dismantle and assemble die cassettes for maintenance and changes.
• Interpret blueprints/schematics to guide setup and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain shot blast and lubrication systems.
• Hand-sort parts and stack materials to support production.
