Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Tech at Wayland, MI to support the Production team by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment. You will apply pipe fitting skills and read blueprints to fix diverse systems.

The role requires compliance with GMP, HACCP, LOTO, and safety programs. Weekend work is expected; base hourly wage is $28.50 with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within our private-label foods organization in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Experience following instructions/process documents and effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Commitment to food safety and quality, GMPs/HACCP/LOTO compliance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant equipment.
• Demonstrate/use pipe fitting skills.
• Read blueprints/schematics; perform basic to intermediate math.
• Comply with GMPs, HACCP, LOTO and food safety programs.
• Weekend work; perform other duties as assigned.
