Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or diesel tech certification is a plus.
• Experience in a parts department or heavy-duty equipment industry preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory management software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with parts inquiries and recommend parts.
• Look up parts using catalogs and inventory databases and process sales.
• Assist with inventory control, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Place special orders and coordinate with suppliers, communicate delivery timelines.
• Provide basic technical guidance on parts compatibility and installation.
• Maintain accurate sales, returns, and inventory records.
