Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and team members.
• Assist customers in selecting parts and advise on companion items.
• Provide price quotes, availability, and part specifications.
• Pull, package, and prepare parts for pickup or delivery.
• Communicate with the parts manager about stock and back-orders.
• Submit emergency parts orders and notify customers when ready.
• Maintain records of estimates, invoices, and orders.
• Participate in training to stay current on products.
