Job summary

A manufacturing facility in Random Lake, Wisconsin is hiring a Machine Operator for 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 6am-2:30pm).

You will run beverage filling machines, packaging lines, depalletizers, and stackers, perform start-ups, changeovers, and CIP procedures, and keep accurate production records.

Requirements include high school diploma, 1–2 years in manufacturing, ability to read English, forklift certification if applicable, and a proactive, detail‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in food & beverage industry preferred.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions.
• Forklift certification required before operating forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor beverage filling machines and packaging lines.
• Perform start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report issues.
• Complete documentation on line operations and downtime.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation per CIP and GMP standards.
• Ensure product quality, labeling, coding, and packaging specs.
• Assist with line setup and troubleshooting to keep lines moving.
• Follow safety and PPE policies, forklift compliance if applicable.
