Job summary

Link Snacks, Inc. is seeking a Packaging - Production General Labor role in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Wisconsin. The worker will prepare and process raw materials, wrap, label, and ship products to customers while following safety and quality protocols.

The job requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Training on SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards will be provided; strong attendance is expected for sustained production flow.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Experience in warehouse or assembly line is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers and supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
• Ensure product conforms to specifications.
• Operate packaging and handling tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to GMP/HACCP.
• Report accidents or deficiencies to supervisor.
