Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Alternative: an advanced degree with three years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a first-shift operations team for high performance.
• Coordinate daily production operations, monitor workflow, allocate resources.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies and standards; promote continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet goals.
