Job summary

Custom Culinary is hiring a Mixing Operator to join our production team in Oswego, IL. You will be responsible for safe operation and setup of mixing equipment, loading materials, and troubleshooting in line with quality and safety standards.

This position runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, onsite in Oswego, IL. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, English fluency, basic math, and familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics AX or RedZone.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Regularly lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment.
• Verify and ensure accurate counts of raw materials.
• Add raw materials to the blender following the formula.
• Discharge blended product from the blender using the prescribed screen size.
• Follow customer sampling requirements for blended product.
• Complete daily schedule control documenting production, quality, and performance.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and tools and the work area.
• Dispose of trash and garbage containers.
