Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift certification may be completed on the job.
• Basic math and data entry skills are essential.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized mixing equipment according to schedules.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Follow GMP, safety policies, and PPE requirements.
• Document batch records, ingredient usage, and logs.
• Handle ingredients including allergens with proper storage.
• Take production samples and perform basic tests.
• Troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime.
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials.
• Adhere to quality control protocols and continuous improvement.
