Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Rack small metal parts onto designated racks according to supervisor instructions and established procedures.
• Remove or derack parts from racks after processing is complete.
• Follow directions from supervisors and team members to improve rack placement and maximize efficiency.
• Handle parts carefully to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
• Lift and move full racks weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals.
