Job summary

Accelera in Irvine, CA seeks a Mechanical Assembler/Technician to perform medium assembly of pumps and fans on 1st shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM). You will work with Quality, Engineering and Production Control to meet output goals while upholding quality benchmarks.

The role requires 3–6 years in mechanical assembly, ability to read blueprints, and strong math skills. Pay is $20.00 per hour with health/vision/dental insurance and optional 401k.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of direct experience in mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
• Strong math skills for ratios, percentages, and rates.
• Good verbal communication for small group or one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and machined parts.
• Perform bonding, hydraulics, torque assembly, and riveting processes.
• Interpret blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Identify mechanical issues and perform basic failure analysis.
• Modify and rework parts to meet print requirements.
• Support production goals with various duties.
