Zero-Max in Plymouth, MN is hiring an Assembler to produce and assemble mechanical parts according to specifications. You will read MES instructions, operate small tools, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes a clean, safe, climate-controlled shop and participation in continuous improvement. A high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of assembly experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of mechanical assembly experience required.
• Must be familiar with portable power tool and machine tools such as a drill press.
• Requires a basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Must have computer familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow MES and other instructions to build and assemble parts accurately and timely.
• Make routine inspection of products after assembling.
• Operate small hand and power tools.
• Maintain a 5S work area and follow safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement with management and engineering.
