Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2+ years mechanical or automotive assembly experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, engineering schematics, and work instructions.
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and basic computer navigation (MS Word/Excel).
• ITAR Compliant.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using blueprints, plumbing schematics, engineering drawings, and bills of materials.
• Utilize hand/power tools, drill guns, manual lathes, and mills to fit parts and fabricate mounting brackets.
• Perform assembly involving pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, and light welding/fabrication.
• Perform quality inspections, document defects, and execute reworks to engineering specifications.
• Keep work areas clean (5S) and perform routine tool/equipment maintenance.
