The role involves directing others, acting as Manager on absence, and coordinating with project management to expedite customer requests while maintaining inventory integrity and ERP workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and ability to direct others.
• Ability to read work orders/prints and use advanced computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Print reading ability.
• Problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of custom store fixtures industry and receiving processes.
• Identify products from package labels.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness for flexible and overtime hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to team and act as on-floor leader.
• Operate as Manager when Manager is off floor.
• Interact with all departments to ensure inventory accuracy and flow.
• Communicate with employees and upper management.
• Locate products, perform cycle counts, and verify inventory accuracy.
• Expedite customer requests with project management and coordinators.
• Close jobs, assign locations, and manage inventory transfers in ERP.
• Prepare shipments for unloading or transit.
• Inspect inbound/outbound goods and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage multiple priorities independently.
• Complete cycle counts on request and report results.
• Validate BOMs through CSF process.
• Determine storage locations and data for inventory transactions.
• Execute ERP transfers and pick/bin-to-bin moves.
• Handle Receiving/Shipping clerk tasks.
• Operate lift equipment within capability.
• Scan QR and bar codes and complete pick transactions.
