Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read work orders/prints and perform advanced computer tasks.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel-based reporting.
• Detail-oriented with capacity to manage multiple priorities and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and represent team as a leader.
• Operate as Manager in the Manager's absence.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and transactions.
• Coordinate with project management to expedite customer requests.
• Organize shipments and prepare items for unloading or transit.
• Inspect inbound/outbound goods and resolve discrepancies with leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations.
• Complete and close jobs (gatekeeper) and assign locations in the ERP.
• Manage lift equipment and ensure safe handling.
• Perform barcode scans and basic pick transactions.
