Job summary

KI is seeking a full-time Team Leader for our Green Bay manufacturing facility on 1st shift (6am-2pm, Mon-Fri, with overtime in busy season). The role leads the assembly area, assigns tasks to technicians, and collaborates with Lean Process Managers, Managers, and Engineers to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly area activities daily and assign tasks to technicians.
• Coordinate with Lean Process Managers, Managers, and Engineers as needed.
• Ensure technicians have what they need to minimize interruptions.
• Maintain and support schedules, including shift hand-off and parts ordering.
