Job summary

Krueger International (KI) seeks a dedicated Team Leader for our Green Bay manufacturing facility on 1st shift. The role includes leading the assembly area, coordinating technicians, and ensuring smooth production with a $1.00/hour raise within the first year.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing leadership experience, strong mechanical ability, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support Lean processes and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing leadership role preferred.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrates safe work habits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly area activities daily and assign tasks to assembly cell technicians.
• Collaborate with Lean Process Managers, Managers, and Engineers as needed, plus production technicians.
• Ensure assembly cell technicians have what is needed to continue producing and minimize interruptions.
• Maintain and support schedules including shift hand-off communication, order parts, and coordinate between fab and assembly.
