Job summary

Krueger International Incorporated (KI) is hiring a full-time Team Leader for our Green Bay manufacturing facility on the 1st shift (6am–2pm, Mon–Fri). The role leads the assembly area and ensures technicians have what they need to keep production moving, while coordinating with Lean Process Managers, Managers, and Engineers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads the assembly area activities daily and assigns tasks to assembly cell technicians.
• Collaborates with Lean Process Managers, Managers, and Engineers as needed, and with production technicians.
• Ensures technicians have what is needed to continue producing and minimizes interruptions.
• Maintains and supports schedules including shift hand-off communication and parts ordering.
