Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC is seeking a Facilities Coach at Meadowside to lead a production team with focus on safety and quality. You will coach Members, manage crew schedules, and ensure accurate timekeeping while supporting Cook in Bag operations.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication. Expect a team-driven environment with opportunities for growth and a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience.
• Knowledge of safety, HACCP, GMP and USDA.
• Experience in communicating and coaching Members on performance.
• Ability to schedule and crew Members; verify timecards for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coach Members to deliver continuous improvement in safety, food safety/quality, COGM, customer service, member development and BPTW.
• Learn and understand the Cook in Bag Operations of Meadowside; train and coach Members on the process and provide rotation and break support.
• Create an environment that ensures Member involvement and implementation of programs and guidelines that improve morale and work life.
• Ensure Coaches/Members are informed of problems affecting safety, food safety/quality, cost, service and development.
• Provide a safe, helpful team atmosphere promoting continuous improvement among Members.
• Participate in daily Tailgate meetings and in projects.
• Be responsible for crewing and scheduling of Members and verifying timecards.
• Oversee full Cook in Bag line operations including stuffing, ovens, and packaging.
