Job summary

Johnsonville is seeking a Team Leader in Watertown to lead the Production Line, motivate the team, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will drive continuous improvements, coordinate training, and manage daily performance with shift coverage.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to coach team members. Overtime and occasional travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, highly preferred.
• Ability to lead safety, quality, and cost initiatives on the production line.
• Willingness to travel to other facilities to learn processes and expand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Line team in safety, quality, and cost.
• Be a safety champion and address safety issues immediately.
• Coordinate training for production processes, including quality and safety.
